Amanda Perry is the owner and founder of Fortress 52 Consulting, LLC. With over 20 years of experience working in various business sectors including state and international government agencies, national non-profit and private organizations, and educational systems, she has had the advantage of seeing industries in all stages of growth and development, resulting in her keen ability to understand the inner workings of her clients’ organizations while maintaining a thoughtful and objective solutions-based outside perspective.
Recognizing that every organization’s core framework are people, she obtained her Masters Degree in Adult Education and Human Resource Development from Rutgers University and is currently pursuing her Doctoral Degree in Law and Policy from Liberty University. Amanda is also a licensed and certified paramedic, always seeking to improve processes and standards of emergency care. In her free time, she loves spending time with her family and friends, serving on the Small Group Leadership and Prayer teams at her church, and playing with her two grandchildren.
